Frequently asked questions

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason—whether it’s an incorrect size, a change of heart, or a fault in the item. We ask that all returns meet the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags and hygiene stickers (if applicable) must still be attached
Items must be returned in the original packaging, where possible

Measure bust, under-bust, waist, and hips, then match to our Size Guide. If you’re between sizes, choose the smaller size for a more compressive fit or the larger for a relaxed feel.

Extra tip: Use the same tape position every time (snug, not tight) and check garment notes (e.g., “compressive” vs “butter-soft”).

We use performance blends, (recycled polyester/nylon with elastane) for stretch, recovery, buttery soft feel and moisture management.

Recycled polyester performs similarly to virgin polyester for wicking while lowering waste and resource use; our third-party standards like OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 (tested for harmful substances) and GRS (tracks recycled content through the supply chain),
are independently verified and applied to specific fabrics—see each product page for the certification that applies.”
